It’s been absolutely horrendous. Paid for order , expecting 3-5 days shipping as advertised. Got a tracking number that did not work. No order. Dozens of targeted ads, emails and texts trying to sell me the exact product I’ve paid for but not recieved. Chat bots unhelpful. Just telling me it’s on the way. Then a message saying it’s delivered. Nothing on my doorstep. Chat bot/customer service unhelpful. I want my money back. Including the “shipping insurance “ I had to pay despite ads for free sh

The ice chiller works very well, and the cold plunge design is solid. As expected, there is some condensation on the hose line and minor water accumulation around the exterior of the plunge tub. Overall, it is fully functional and performs exactly as intended.
