I put mint in the steemer, I step in, breath in the steem and all my stress evaporates. I can't believe this is in my house anytime I want. Nothing more relaxing and restful before bed. I sleep like a baby after relaxing in my sauma.

So far I'm loving it! Feels good to sweat. It got warm pretty fast as well, around 10 to 15 mins. Did 20 mins my first time, and it was nice and toasty! The instructions were a bit confusing. Labels on the poles would help a lot. But once I figured it out it wasn't bad.
