The team at Nurecover was great. It did however take longer to receive the product than implied, most likely due to the volume of units sold during the time the special over was in effect. Still, an awesome product and would purchase one again.

It was suggested that I took a screenshot to prove the ice bath was to be included, none the less I returned the sauna and it cost me $94 of my own money to return it!

Shopping was easy, shipping took much longer than advertized

Customer service is terrible! No phone number. Crappy electronic responses that didn't provide information being sought.

It took a month to get my product. That’s unexceptional and a $100.00 store credit was provided. The credit was provided after the product went on sale for $100.00 dollars cheaper than what I originally paid.

As expected. I have been using this daily and can’t be happier.

Hated that I lost 3-4 weeks waiting for shipping that stated 3-5 days, but since it had to come from China, which was not told when I purchased it and emails where even more annoying when I got them with no movement of the package.

Took awhile for it to get delivered but worth the wait

I genuinely tried to give Nurecover the benefit of the doubt, but this has turned into one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. After placing an order, I quickly became concerned by the volume of customer complaints and attempted to cancel BEFORE delivery. Instead of receiving real customer support, I was met almost entirely with automated/template responses that ignored the actual issue I was raising.

Advertising was wrong. When I ordered the ad and my confirmation was for a “Sauna Pro”, I received a “Sauna Go” (shorter version). When I inquired about the discrepancy, the only thing they offered was a $100 store credit.

Inaccurate product description and AI customer service.

I received an initial response. Tech Support hasn't followed up on any of the details we discussed.

Only negative is that I waited for almost three weeks to recy.

This company is a complete scam. They promise free items and don't deliver. They also give a false delivery date. I purchased multiple saunas from them and both arrived in over 6 weeks, not the originally promised date. One sauna had promotional items and those items have yet to arrive. This company also refuses to provide any customer service phone number, and most of the help responses are generated by AI, not real people. I would not recommend doing any business with this company.

I did not receive the sauna I ordered, I received a smaller model and the shipping took a lot longer than expected.

Deceptive advertising. Advertise Triopic PRO for 6'9 person and then ships Tropic GO for 4'10 person. I can't even fit into it. False advertising, malicious lies, fake ad's.

Asked for return, was offered $80 instead and never received it, now I have opened the box and dont even have the correct parts to assemble it!!

Help dest not getting back with me.
