Easy shopping experience

Received the compact model, when I had originally ordered the Pro model. It took over 2 1/2 weeks to be delivered. I had to contact customer service more than once.

Shopping was easy but almost didn’t apply my discount code cause of how the site is setup.

They won’t let me return it if the box is opened. Well, who doesn’t open their package? Once opened, you have to keep it. Weak policy and forces you to keep it even if it’s not what is shown on their website.

Horrible customer service

Everything was great and I’m enjoying my new sauna and the customer support team has been great so far. There was a small hiccup when I was trying to order my aqua mat, but y’all corrected the mistake had fixed it so I greatly appreciate it.

In the what's in the box portion when I ordered the sauna it said 1X PodPro Ice bath, 1X Ice Bath Cover and 1X Ice Bricks. I did not recieve these items in the box nor afterwards.

Please update delivery date time frames!!

Brutal customer service.

Easy to buy but 6 day shipping was not true. It took longer to receive it.

The advertising is what bothered me the most. It says the ceiling height is 6 feet, but the actual interior height is only about 4’10”. That’s a pretty significant difference. The temperature claims aren’t realistic either. Mine doesn’t come anywhere close to the advertised 185°F, and that’s with an additional heat barrier attached to the outside. The $49.99 floor mat is actually decent, but it feels like something that should have been included from the start instead of sold as an add on. The included chair is another issue. I wouldn’t even bother using it. It’s flimsy, uncomfortable, and honestly belongs in the trash. At this point, I’m stuck with it until I upgrade to something better. The one thing I do like is the frame. It’s metal, not cheap plastic, and feels solid enough. Just be aware that what shows up at your door isn’t quite what the advertising leads you to expect.

It heats up well but is not the 6ft tall as advertised. I got it at 4ft tall and now told it’s just a different version. I wanted the tall one as advertised as wanted to be able to stand. It had a toxic smell for quite some time. Very plastic smell but was advertised as non toxic.

Was little longer than they said to be shipped but it did come in and was fairly easy to build.

Never received me entire order and the unit died after 2 weeks of using it about 8 times.

Forgot a product in my order and got it right out to me! Very respectfully
