Only thing I can say wasn’t fantastic was that it ended up taking a little bit longer than anticipated to receive it as it ended up having to be shipped from one of their overseas manufacturers due to supply so took a little longer to get than I would have liked but it was worth the wait!

Consumer service process isn’t the best. It takes days for them to reply and I was unhappy from a situation on which my original tropic sauna to deform and the only remedy offered was they would give me a discount l to buy a new one.
