Again. Suuuuper small. No where near as large as advertised. Only a small child could stand in this thing. You make it look twice as tall and like 4 times as wide in all your ad videos and pics. Why lie about?

The product is well worth price but it took a month and half to recieve it. The customer service was nice when I asked where my order was. I dont think this is a common occurrence but it was frustrating. I think they are a small company and things happen. I would buy from them again.we must support our small businesses.

Bought, then lost my job. So emailed to cancel within 12 hours of purchase. Sent email to cancel before it was shipped which according to website says should be full refund. Company still shipped sauna to me I then returned it unopened on May 22nd . They are still trying to take payments from me . I have not gotten any response or confirmation from them. So far the worst buying experience ever.
