Lack of ability to contact in a timely manner. Throughout the almost 4 weeks now, I have sent a video of the damaged heater, been told via email that this was being looked at. I reached out to enquire about the heater and was told that a replacement would be sent. I haven't received an email about the current status of a heater being sent so I am in limbo. Receive no updates on anything unless I send repeated emails. Seems like 2 people run the whole company as there is no support
