I would say the overall experience has been good. Support is a little slow to get back to you on many things. The sauna was almost 3 week last getting to me. Also I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks to get my new set of red lights sent to me.

Size on site is not the same, led to lots of confusion. Took way too long to send and I don’t think it was where it was supposed to be. I felt like support did their job trying to keep up but over a month or so to delivery and then find out it’s not the right size was rough.. promised a refund to the rate being sold at now $100 back.. haven’t seen it yet.
