Size on site is not the same, led to lots of confusion. Took way too long to send and I don’t think it was where it was supposed to be. I felt like support did their job trying to keep up but over a month or so to delivery and then find out it’s not the right size was rough.. promised a refund to the rate being sold at now $100 back.. haven’t seen it yet. The product had changed due to reviews. So what I received wasn't the height I had expected! But I love it, and so does my husband , who is 6'2. Hopefully the chair holds up, since ya cant stand in it! Lol

I have requested a return and instructions for a refund and have yet to get any response. The sauna you sent me was not what I ordered the free gifts that I was promised were never sent. The red light therapy is nothing more than an LED light strip the sauna phone case which is supposed to be heat. Proof is a cheap waterproof case you can get at any convenience store for a fraction of the price you charged me and the sauna itself smells like harsh chemicals, which would be very harmful to sit in

Advertising said 3 to 5 day delivery. 6 weeks. Finally arrived in was out of town will be back and will return it. No phone number to call e mail was a joke.

It's perfect Im gradually getting use to it and doing 10 minute sessions.

Long shipping, said it included thermometer in direction. Called support who said they no longer er included and didn’t of any remedy. Regret my purchase since it doesn’t get hot enough tops at 165.

Very easy to research the product

The product has been in use for 3-4 weeks now and has been great! The shipping took longer than expected and I was eager to get it, otherwise it was a good experience.

Lie on advertising, then when you say something it's oh it's designed to be more compact. That is false advertising.

Misleading and cheap

It took to long to get it delivered and I’m getting sale price ads for 200.00 less then what I paid for it. But I feel the benefits of the heat

Came within a reasonable time frame and was easy to assemble for use

Feel as if I’m talking to deaf ears. Everytime I make contact, I get a generic follow up email not even trying to help me. This will probably end the same way as well.

Light broke after one use
