Ordered the product 22nd Feb with an ETA of 3-5 days, it took 5 weeks. Customer services were very slow. Based on this I wouldn't buy another product from nurecover, it was a very frustrating process.

Item was received within a reasonable amount of time. Missing the bonus thermometer that was part of the bundle purchase. Company questioned me more that they should of, even asked me to send a picture of the missing thermometer. ODD. Sent them a screenshot from their own website, I received an email that looked like they were shipping one out but I never did receive it. Other than that I am fairly satisfied with the purchase and the shipping.

Through multiple issues with the order. The back-and-forth about how the company was going to take care of it was very confusing and kept shifting. At the end I asked for was for a secure cover for the year plunge pod or even how to buy it and even that was not included. It is a shame. Things are so difficult, because I was going to recommend any of my friends get this as a starter sauna.

It took a long time to arrive and the Sauna Oro description that U thought I ordered was not what arrived. It is a short sauna, I cannot stand up in it. When I complained they said I got what I ordered. This is definitely not the same as I ordered but U am not going to debate it. It was a bait and switch, so the experience was less than good.

The dry heater arrived weeks after the rest of the unit. I had wondered why I couldn't get it as hot as advertised at first, and there was no explanation of what was going on. Then one day I got the second heater and it all made sense. Still, a bit more communication would have made me happier.

I have spent over a month trying to get the right Item I ordered after being sent the go version instead of the pro. Originally I was apologized to and told a new tent and pieces would be sent for pro size to make up for the mistake. Over a month later and all I have gotten after multiple emails is that I cant get refund for the product because it was used. Shipping took a lot longer than expected. Got my product almost a month after I ordered and it says U.S orders shipped in 5-7 days. Did not receive the product that I was supposed to get but I like the one I received. Red lights are cheaper and not very strong.

Enough was said do not want to beat a subject that nothing will come from it anyway. But still waiting on your product after 25 days and Video proof showing I didn’t receive it yet but had many issues with your customer service saying it was delivered or pls wait until end of week and that was 4 weeks ago. So not a good experience 😞
