Customer service was good. It took a little longer than expected to receive it, customer service was was quick to help me track it.

Wrong product sent and excuses were inadequate. Partial refund was accepted but still not made right. Will not purchase again.

Automated tracking. You’re going to get a bot unless you call. Sauna is great but service is average. Took multiple inquiries to figure out what was going on with my order.

I ordered the Pro model and was sent the Go instead. I was then told the Pro has been discontinued and is no longer available, yet your emails and advertisements continue to promote the Pro as if it’s still being sold. That’s completely misleading. At this point, it feels like either your advertising is false or I’ve been given inaccurate information about the product being discontinued. Neither is acceptable.

The customer service is absolutely atrocious and would never recommend a friend to buy a product from here.

Never order anything again

I was sent the wrong size sauna and was supposed to receive a replacement. A representative said they’d happily send out the full sized unit which was never received. I reached back out and they said there is no difference between the Sauna Go and the Sauna Pro which is not true I have the instructions manual in front of me. It’s ashamed the way you treat disabled veterans.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ General Nurecover Experience: Slipped it on, sat there doing absolutely nothing, and somehow walked away feeling like I made excellent life choices. Minimal effort, maximum “I’ve got my life together” vibes.

Shipping was slow and heater smells so much like burning plastic we cannot use the sauna.

Prolonged shipping, mat was discolored, sauna parts do not fit together making the product unusable and refund process is prolonged and not looking good. Feels like a scam

My equipment was broken up into several orders , it took more than a month and a half to get it all, and almost a month to get any of it. The sauna I ordered was not what I was sent. Customer service said that model I ordered (the taller Sauna Pro) was discontinued, however this was not the case when I ordered it. I ordered the taller sauna pro because I have back issues and it would have made it easier to get into.. I can say the smaller sauna is tight, and tough to get into but works well.
