Don’t say you will deliver in 3-5 days then 5-7 days then weeks till product arrives. No thermometer in the order. Don’t say you have a 90 day return policy from date of delivery and when I fill out the return form on your website you say I am out of the 90 /100 day window to return when delivery was only 7 days prior. While I am very impressed with your product, I was very disappointed in the chair that came with it. It seems to be a chair for a child. I am a paraplegic, but the chair is so small it would not work if I was able body. Was that a mistake? I also thought it came with the red-light therapy.
