Order finally arrived a month after the order was placed after numerous delays and reaching out. I was excited to get it up for my wife as it was a birthday gift (which was late). After taking the time to open the box and get everything set up, I realized it is the wrong item! I am extremely disappointed! I ordered the sauna pro, which was supposed to be 185cm, 6’1”. The sauna that was received is only 147cm, 4’9”. This is completely unacceptable! Especially after such a long shipping delay.

It was not received timely as advertised on the site when I ordered it. The site said 3 to 5 days but it took a month to arrive as it was shipped from overseas. I will say however, that the company tried to make amends by shipping me an ice pod, which was appreciated.

I would advise all consumers to not purchase any product from your company as you have been misleading and failed to update your website that you no longer manufactured the sauna pro which is what I ordered and received it completely different device tropic ghost sauna bundle that I did not order nor would have should I have known ahead of time
