Shipping took almost a full month and there are significant delays in response from customer service with the return process. I was also offered $60 dollars refund or $320 store for a product I don’t want to keep and a store I don’t want to shop at any longer which kind of felt like insult to injury.

Way too small to get into. Doesn’t make you sweat at all and can’t be refunded unless in original packaging. Complete trash

Terrible customer service and communication. Shipping is supposed to take 3-5 days, and it took 36 days. When my product arrived, it was the wrong product. I ordered a SaunaPro and I received a Sauna. There are several differences between the products, but the one I ordered is more expensive. I tried to return the product to get my money back. I have not heard back from customer service, and the link on your website that handles returns does not work. My overall experience was horrendous.

As far as the sauna its a much needed daily addition to my routine. Extremely happy so far.

You sent me the wrong item.

Getting a person on the phone was impossible. But, they did respond to my emails with 48 hours.

Said would be a week shipping, took 6 weeks. Provided multiple different tracking numbers & wouldn't cancel order. Red light is just a strip light of red color lights that dims/shorts out when it gets to 140. Looses all the heat & had to add a blanket over the top to try & keep some heat in. DO NOT BUY from this scam company.

Nothing was good, other than the effectiveness of the sauna itself. I didn’t get what I ordered, at least by name(and they still advertise the model that they told me no longer exists?), it took 30 days to arrive, not the 3-5 days advertised, and I had nothing but bots responding no matter what angle I tried looking for any information about where my shipment was. Honestly, this is the textbook way to completely destroy your own business when the product is great but everything else falls short.

I tried calling and could never ever get through to anyone and nobody would contact me back. It took over a month to get it as well. So I started off on the wrong side with you all. Poor customer experience

It took almost a month after ordering for the sauna and floormat to arrive, and when they finally did they were the wrong unit. Now I am over a week into dealing with customer service and so far they have only told me that my eyes must be deceiving me. Extremely frustrating.

False advertising

Customer service is shit. Nothing is done fast. Expect to wait and not hear from anything or anyone.

So far the Sauna does great getting up to temp. I have mine in the garage floor on the concrete. 20 minutes you are sweating a lot. Makes for the body feeling good rest of the day.
