The heating unit is cheap. It has come apart top from bottom. I have tried to snap it back together but it doesn't appear to snap or screw so I have tried superglue I am now worried about a fire hazard or poisoning me with superglue vapors. What a waste of my money this product is

terrible no response from customer service they did not ship my complete order when i refused and tried to cancel they won’t refund my money. I have two orders one a sauna which i have no issues with l, the 2nd order Intried to cancel they did not ship the whole order and I refused delivery. The chiller was returned and they won’t refund my money terrible company, terrible service, they don’t respond and at one point they blocked me from emailing them.
