I can't tell you about the actual product because its been 28 and I still haven't received my sauna even though the shipping was advertised as 3-5 days. The company has zero customer service except for an AI chat bot that gives generic responses like "we're truly sorry for your frustration". It was only after asking for my order to be cancelled that they then shipped it and responded back with sorry we can't cancel because the product has been shipped. How convenient. I wish I could give 0 stars
