Shipping was painfully slow. Almost disputed the charge with the credit card company. Two days after it was delivered, I got an email offering the same thing for $100 less. Ouch.

Terrible customer service and return policies. When customers change their mind they are punished. Great way to ruin a business.

Website is computer generated, hard to get a personal reply, still to this day I don't think people are reading the emails , just an automated response, shipping took 25 days , not 4 to 10 days, as far as 4 free things, still have no idea what they are, the red lights are just led run by batteries, still in box, covered the top with blanket to keep heat in better

No response, not even close to hitting delivery date, and won’t give me a way to return my package and refund my payment

Several people pretending to be Glen, some are decent but they never read back amd give conflicting information. Company seems like a fraud in general, read your online reviews, I sure wish I had. Hopefully the decent people you have don't get caught up in the class actions that are coming your way. Have the day you deserve.

I do genuinely enjoy the sauna itself. It heats well, is easy to use, and overall I have been happy with the performance of the unit I received. However, the customer experience has been frustrating. Took forever to get here

It took over a month to get to find it was not what was advertised then then you discounted the product another $150 off what I paid. Wish to return product and get a full refund. Order #NU396119

Customer service was good, and I received polite interactions from the company. Overall impression is good.

A little delay in shipping but worth the wait.

The team at Nurecover was great. It did however take longer to receive the product than implied, most likely due to the volume of units sold during the time the special over was in effect. Still, an awesome product and would purchase one again.

It was suggested that I took a screenshot to prove the ice bath was to be included, none the less I returned the sauna and it cost me $94 of my own money to return it!

Customer service is terrible! No phone number. Crappy electronic responses that didn't provide information being sought.

It took a month to get my product. That’s unexceptional and a $100.00 store credit was provided. The credit was provided after the product went on sale for $100.00 dollars cheaper than what I originally paid.

As expected. I have been using this daily and can’t be happier.

Hated that I lost 3-4 weeks waiting for shipping that stated 3-5 days, but since it had to come from China, which was not told when I purchased it and emails where even more annoying when I got them with no movement of the package.
