Easy to buy but 6 day shipping was not true. It took longer to receive it.

The advertising is what bothered me the most. It says the ceiling height is 6 feet, but the actual interior height is only about 4’10”. That’s a pretty significant difference. The temperature claims aren’t realistic either. Mine doesn’t come anywhere close to the advertised 185°F, and that’s with an additional heat barrier attached to the outside. The $49.99 floor mat is actually decent, but it feels like something that should have been included from the start instead of sold as an add on. The included chair is another issue. I wouldn’t even bother using it. It’s flimsy, uncomfortable, and honestly belongs in the trash. At this point, I’m stuck with it until I upgrade to something better. The one thing I do like is the frame. It’s metal, not cheap plastic, and feels solid enough. Just be aware that what shows up at your door isn’t quite what the advertising leads you to expect.

It heats up well but is not the 6ft tall as advertised. I got it at 4ft tall and now told it’s just a different version. I wanted the tall one as advertised as wanted to be able to stand. It had a toxic smell for quite some time. Very plastic smell but was advertised as non toxic.

Was little longer than they said to be shipped but it did come in and was fairly easy to build.

Never received me entire order and the unit died after 2 weeks of using it about 8 times.

Forgot a product in my order and got it right out to me! Very respectfully

Tried to return it and cannot get a response from the company!

The site would not show all sauna options on their site. Was very confused. Than the next day after purchase there were more options.

There was no thermometer with my purchase and it does not get above 170 degrees. I'm living with it because your customer service is not responsive. Would not recommend.

Took so long to get here.

Seemed like an ok deal. Shipping took far too long.

You keep in touch, and you send a product in a timely fashion.

Your shipping is like a snail it took 3 weeks to get not 5-7 days be honest about shipping time and you would get more stars

Shipping was painfully slow. Almost disputed the charge with the credit card company. Two days after it was delivered, I got an email offering the same thing for $100 less. Ouch.

Terrible customer service and return policies. When customers change their mind they are punished. Great way to ruin a business.
