Only thing I can say wasn’t fantastic was that it ended up taking a little bit longer than anticipated to receive it as it ended up having to be shipped from one of their overseas manufacturers due to supply so took a little longer to get than I would have liked but it was worth the wait!

Consumer service process isn’t the best. It takes days for them to reply and I was unhappy from a situation on which my original tropic sauna to deform and the only remedy offered was they would give me a discount l to buy a new one. However the price was way higher than what I could buy the new one online. I’m still waiting for the additional accessories that I didn’t receive with my order of the new sauna pro

Delivery was late and only actually shipped after multiple inquiries. The “red light therapy”? A short LED light rope that’s battery operated- not nearly intense enough to do anything but provide ambiance.

They won’t let me return it if the box is opened. Well, who doesn’t open their package? Once opened, you have to keep it. Weak policy and forces you to keep it even if it’s not what is shown on their website.
