Nurecover ! At 1st I was a bit skeptical. Decided to give it a Try! Wow, it’s been the greatest addition to our recovery after work outs. While I am very impressed with your product, I was very disappointed in the chair that came with it. It seems to be a chair for a child. I am a paraplegic, but the chair is so small it would not work if I was able body. Was that a mistake? I also thought it came with the red-light therapy.

I use my nurecover sauna every day and I love it.
But everything has been sub-par, I am sorry to report.
Customer Support takes way too long respond. Replacement parts take multiple months to ship.
It's sad to report because customer support is VERY NICE and I can see that they are making an effort to respond effectively.

It's too short in height. All the pics look as if a person 6ft tall could stand up inside. Not so. It's like 4.5 feet high. My head touches the ceiling of it when I'm sitting in it! The chair is too small. Looks like a chair for a 7 year old.

Your automatically generated emails are so awful and your generic responses to actual concerns and questions take LITERALLY WEEKS to hear back. By the time I have an answer you delay getting more info and heaven forbid I send another email because you literally forget everything all over again. It is like talking to a wall.
