Forced perspective in advertisement photos to make product appear larger than in reality. That is a super shady practice and I will not recommend them to a friend. Also didn’t receive the free ice pot that was supposed to be bundled in, as stated in the facebook ad that I purchased through. Overall shameful business practices.

Had to get in touch with customer service over a couple of issues but response was extremely prompt and efficient.

Figure I’m 6 foot one 200 pounds full-size male and it’s perfect in there for me. Plenty of space absolutely love it.

Didn’t include all the offered items and a broken chair

I ordered the SaunaPro to stand up in, but received the wrong one. I was compensated with the ice bath, so I'm satisfied 😌

Felt misled by the size of the sauna. In addition I never recieved all of my "free" gifts either.

I was a little worried about the shipping process. They explained it.

Not as advertised. I didn't receive my 5 free gifts or the thermostat.

Disappointed water asorbant mat missing from my order Messaged company said it would be sent its over a month since receiving my order now and still dont have my mat and now company not responding to my messages

Good company. Recieved my sauna in about a week after ordering. Not too hard to put together either.

Like and enjoy the sauna. But, did not receive all of my order…

Slow on getting the product

The as seemed to make me think I was getting the 6 foot sauna , but then when I ordered you sent me the 4 foot sauna Confusing .

The sauna took about three weeks arrive after we ordered it. There weren’t updates within the tracking number, which I’m unsure if that is because of FedEx or not. However, it did arrive with no imperfections on the box and the sauna works great.

Company is trash, doesn't answer emails, sauna is completely unusable without a damn heater. Morons

See previous review I just sent. When I got th free ice pod I wasn't aware that a chiller had to be purchased for it to be cold. The chiller is the expensive.

Website is very confusing. Can only order the Sauna Pro, but FAQs talk about two different saunas that are different sizes. Wasn't clear which one I would actually receive and the one I did receive did not seem to match any of the pictures or descriptions on the web site.

My sauna came very quickly, which made me happy, because I couldn’t wait to use it

I had a question on this item once it arrived. I tried to call the number and they said that I had to pay a $5 just to ask a question. They told me I would be reimbursed (I have saved screenshot of everything) they draw from my account $45! And I have yet to see any reimbursement! What kind of business tactics is this?!

Seems to work ok but thought it would be hotter than it feels. Not even dripping any sweat just a little sweat on the face and arms but that’s about it.
