Experience sucks all around

I got the small version of sauna very disappointed

The sauna took a little longer to deliver than the cold plunge, but other than that it was great

Dishonest about shipping.

Sent a smaller sauna then I ordered, went back and forth for over a month, but the company made it right in the end.

misleading at every step of the way. will never recommend. exploring your return policy. too short of tent (no clear dimensions when I was ordering on the phone, only videos of full grown humans stepping into a tent that is much taller than I received. horrible delivery. too many texts and offers

As with other answer sauna so far works great but waiting a month plus for the red light that wasn’t in original shipment to ship

Delayed shipping, cricket customer service, however, the sauna did come on. Unfortunately, it’s not a real red light and mine lasted 3 days till a quarter of the red light string went out

Overall like using nurecover after workouts and can relax comfortably at home.

Many things I dislike about this product. Mainly the size of the pod is too small for the price.

Took forever to get and I didn’t get any emails to let me know they were behind. I’m still missing items and it’s been almost 3 weeks.

Shipping took much longer than first communicated and then the week I received the product I received communication that the price was dropped by $100

I ordered a sauna and a mat for the floor waited 5 weeks for the sauna it's much smaller than the pictures and the cheap light strip they say is light therapy is garbage i would not trust it did go together easy the heater works well customer service is lacking over the 5 weeks i waited for the sauna i kept getting emails for a $100 discount they said they would credit me for it if I didn't cancel the order and never did all in all im ok with the sauna but because the service is don't rate well

My experience was great

Terrible. Had issues with original order. Then it was returned to sender. Was suppose to get a replacement shipped and I’m still waiting to hear back after almost 2 weeks.

It took over a month to receive the item.

Give your customers a heads up when you are back logged on orders, so they don't feel like they are being scammed. This is a great product that is worth waiting for when they know its not a scam.

Terrible customer care

Great product.

Took forever to get here sent multiple emails only to get an automatic response back from your AI never answering my questions the heater was obviously used there were scratches on the front of it I did not get my thermometer the red lights are not what they were supposed to be 340nm not 800nm and the shipping took forever and I was offered nothing in return for my troubles

It was alright but a little confusing

Caught the half off deal!

Waited a little bit longer than I would have liked for the shipping, but that’s my only complaint
