Never received any of the 5 free gifts supposed to receive with purchase. I turn it on for an hour at 185 and enter at 30 minutes but have yet to see any steam or moisture on the window. Also, shorter than I expected I’m 6’ and the top of the sauna comes to my chest. I still try to use it at least 4x a week
