Did not Received my 2nd.part of my Order..

It took a while for shipping and the only way to speak with someone is via email, could find anyway to talk to someone on the phone. I'm old school and like to take rather than just email.

Shipping time was 4 weeks. Customer service was not very helpful

The product arrived weeks late. Never worked. Customer service to replace is slow to respond and rectify.

I would advise all consumers to not purchase any product from your company as you have been misleading and failed to update your website that you no longer manufactured the sauna pro which is what I ordered and received it completely different device tropic ghost sauna bundle that I did not order nor would have should I have known ahead of time

From time of purchase to receiving was a little long, but it made it!

Purchased a month ago and have not received it yet.

Almost 6 weeks for anything to arrive when at purchase it gave an expected delivery date of less than a week. Drop shipping from your chinese factories isn't working out too well for you.

I ordered this item with the understanding that it would take 10-14 days for delivery. I received the wrong product, over a month later and haven’t even been compensated for the difference in what I paid for versus what I received.

Long shipping times delays and broken items on arrival. False advertisement of larger product than what arrived.

order in early March. Fed Ex label cut on the 15th. Never got shipped until I wrote them 3 times. finally arrived

Don’t say you will deliver in 3-5 days then 5-7 days then weeks till product arrives. No thermometer in the order. Don’t say you have a 90 day return policy from date of delivery and when I fill out the return form on your website you say I am out of the 90 /100 day window to return when delivery was only 7 days prior. Terrible awful treatment of the customer

Received the wrong sauna and could not get what I ordered

Shipping took over a month.

Shipping and delivery time was horrible, customer service contact was 0 and trying to reach somebody was impossible

It took far longer to get to me then was first indicated in the messaging that I got. Apparently you had run out of stock, but I was not notified about that until I asked a few times wondering when it would arrive.

Deceptive advertising or outright lies.

I recieved 9 days after ordering, came packed very well.

The person that delivered it put it in the lobby instead of in front of my door. Package got intercepted by a thief
