The stone came off after wearing the product only 3 times. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and the service. Despite sharing emails and explaining the issue, you are neither accepting a return/exchange nor providing me with the stone that came off.
I genuinely do not like the product or the way this issue has been handled. I expected better customer support and a proper resolution. Very disappointing experience and worst service.
