Terrible experience. Customer service team takes zero accountability and responsibility. It is frustrating and harrowing to get a refund for returns. I have been following up on phone and email and have documented the whole trail - the responses have been misleading and falsifying. Will never shop with Palmonas again, and ensure no one else is subject to such a terrible experience.
