Good things - The product I purchased was good. However, I'm yet to see how long does the gold coating lasts. It's been only one week now. What's not good - The customer support response over email is very slow. The free studs are one of the worst you will ever see! I think you should stop giving such pathetic studs (even though they are for free). Your brand image takes a dive looking at such poor quality studs.

I was excited to receive the Red Radiance Statement Bracelet, but I was disappointed to find that one of the red stones is missing. The bracelet itself is beautiful, and the design is stunning, but the missing stone really takes away from its overall look. I was hoping for a flawless piece, so this was a letdown.
