I had to email FluentPet to find out which pieces are available from their warehouses in Europe to avoid import taxes from the US, and the lady promptly and kindly gave me a full list in the next email. She was always respectful and quick in her responses. It could've been easier if only the EU website had told us which parts ship from Europe, but other than that, all was good!

I am very excited for this product. I just hope its worth the money. It was pretty expensive. And I was disappointed in how many edges come in a pack and that they have an uneven amount of piece that you even need/use. I have an abundance of one type of connecting piece and not enough of the other.
