I have been a customer since 2021, and when two of my classic buttons stopped working a couple of years ago, they sent me two new ones plus an extra "just in case" within days. They also recently sent me a couple of complimentary SpeakUp buttons, so that I can teach my older and more sensitive dog in a separate quiet space without having to rely on the Connect speaker in the main living area.
