Denali canning is the way to go. The videos and discussions gave me the confidence to follow other recipes and I am having fun making food that tastes better for my family.

I have used my pressure canner alot since I bought it. The only trouble I have is getting the lid to lock.

Had to call about my order said they were out of item should of sent a email letting me know

Love all my pressure cooker stuff from Denali! After a youtuber suggested I get back up seals and weights for my canner, I did so, but they were on back order. I was advised of this and the order arrived about when they said.

The lids were great but my experience with the canner has been a nightmare. I was told I would receive a new lid completely put together. It came no gauge no weight . I called, the gal said she made the order and then promptly ordered the gauge. Not at all what we agreed to. Now I have to put the darn thing on myself. This whole ordeal has been wrong since I got it. Forget about the ease of use! This has not been easy. If I can get the new gauge on myself and the canner works it’s a miracle!

I bought it to do pints and you dont have the extra racks

Shopping was good. Received items. Had an issue with postage being due even though I had already paid for shipping. They refunded me the extra I had to pay on postage due.

The Denali tanker was gifted to me from my son i really like the canner wished I could double stack, but because of the top racks I can't, but to use as a single load it great

Was sent incorrectly so we had to pay $10 more in shipping to pick up our order. Customer Service wasn't easily accessible to correct the problem. I just so happened to have the cash available for our canning project. If you ship something for free over a certain amount don't expect your customer to cover the mistake for you. But to the Company's credit the product so far has performed well. They offered a credit on our next order, we just don't know when that wil be needed.
