Customer Service was excellent BUT the supply was on demand or out of stock. When I ordered it took close to a month to receive my IN STOCK items.
Amazon was sold out of them all the time with excellent reviews, that was no surprize. Denali's website showed "in stock" but come to find out a week later, it was for preorders. I think you should have something better that can account for your "In Stock" items for future sales.
