The people who helped me order my P30i and later, the F30i were both very nice. However, when I read the confirmation of my second order, I saw that the wrong mask had been shipped out. I called but it was too late to cancel the wrong mask. I had to wait for it to be delivered the next day and then ship it back which cost me more than $24. I believe it was not my mistake but you do not record calls so I cannot prove it. I ordered the F30i from you and it was eligible for free shipping.
