Easy to use and set up. Works well, right amount of air pressure. Doesn’t need adjusting. Small, compact and I can use it with my current nasal cpap mask and hose with an adapter. The fact it does not need distilled water is a bonus too, especially when you are travelling in foreign countries. I don’t like heated hoses and this option gave me no heat too. I don’t find it noisy either like a few of the reviews mentioned.
