Worst retail experience of my entire life. Product is poor quality. Not made to size as requested---TWICE!! Had to pay postage to return mis-sized items. Refund not credited to original form of payment. "Gift Card" issued instead. Shipping took way too long---making a shipping label is not the same as shipping the item. Customer service communication is lacking. No published telephone number should have been my first hint this is a scam operation. Horrible experience.
