I had to ask about my delivery as it hadn't arrived in a month and I had had no updates. However the response from Cape Diablo was quick and my parcel arrived shortly thereafter. When I purchased the watchband I thought I was responding to a 2 for 1 offer and was very surprised when I saw I had paid for two. Also, I had selected the bracelet in my order thinking it was a watch band. I was very disappointed when I received it. I don't know how to wear it - am I supposed to cut off the knots?

Their customer service is great. They were able to customize the bracelet and iWatch bands for my very small wrists - no extra charge ! I trust the pictures they post to be true to the beauty of their pieces.

Didn’t like this band at all. The stones are dull and not at all like the picture. I’ve bought many bands from you before, but this will be my last. 😞
