They always answered with courtesy. After I order I receive the bands in a reasonable amount of time. I have had many compliments. I love to color co-ordinate bands with what I’m wearing. I have a few of the cheaper bands…one in blue, my favorite color. After a few weeks the elastic bands holding it together began to break. I do feel Cape D has great quality bands. Thanks,’Julia Dutra

My wrist matches the small size intervall but my hand circumference could not or hardly make it through. I need to attach the watch in two steps around my wrist or I fear that elastics would break. With better info I would have chosen the larger size.
