The response that i got back in an email was a video showing that I could take the bracelet on and off using by attaching to the watch -- hardly the stretch band that was supposed to fit a 5.75-6.25 wrist and mine is 5.5" and I could not get it on.

The original watch band I ordered fit, however, the stones were not close to the picture. If I sent the strap back, Cape Diablo agreed to exchange it for a comparable band. This one has beautiful stones, yet, is to large.

I ordered my daughter in law's watch strap May 12 for her May 19 birthday and it did not get delivered until May 31. The tracking info provided never said anything except "label created". I emailed customer service more than once asking about a status. I received "label created" from them too. My bohemian frost band was ordered and delivered within a week. So I don't know what happened with this one, no one said backordered or low stock. And the Amazonite jasper apple watch strap is dull, drab, and not very pretty like it appears in the photo, so it's hard to understand how the Bohemian was so amazing and the Amazonite was not.

You do not have a transparent portrayal on your ads about the bands, The matching clip on face does not come with the strap nor do you sell it yet all your photos show clip on facings that match your bands, And you bands are incredibly difficult to put on and take off each time someone uses the watch,

When I reached out to see if I could cancel my order, I was informed it was too late as it is a handcrafted item that began when I ordered it. I was not initially impressed with it's functionality, and was directed to videos with instructions that were very helpful. I'm sad my Versa died and I do not have a need for it.

They should’ve paid for the shipping back, but they didn’t. They didn’t listen to what I said and told me I was responsible for the shipping. I don’t know any other company that would’ve done that. Any other company would’ve paid for the shipping since they misrepresented what they sold.
