I would like more communication about the process. I asked for an enlarged wrist band and sent in a picture of my wrist measurement, but didn't receive a response. Due to the length of time between ordering and receiving the wrist band, it would have been good to send an email about the process. I was worried that something had gone wrong. An email saying something to the effect of we are working on your custom enlarged wrist band would be really good. other than that, the wrist bands are cute!
