I messaged/called customer service about the size dilemma after reading on the website that the bands came in small, standard and large. I was told that standard would be best for me but I explained that every band I looked at had only small and large. After our discussion I looked at bands again and no standard size to be found. A few days later I read the website again and found no mention of a standard size! There is also no information on the site about what to do if the bands don’t fit.
