When I reached out to Ward inquiring about wire the cruiser model earlier in the year about its current price point (at the time) and the What the 2025 models were going to have in terms of upgrades, they weren't able to give me too much information but were very courteous and explained some possibilities but couldn't give definite answers at that very moment. Overall, the customer service in my opinion, is top notch. 😉

I did a lot of research on YouTube looking for a bike that would fit the needs of myself and my son. I think I found it in the Wired Cruiser.

Didn’t quite deliver when they said it would, but wasn’t terribly late either. My experience with FedEx however was terrible and I might suggest yall use UPS instead. Box was super beat up and was late by 3 or 4 days with no updates, was pretty sure they lost it there for a minute.

It did take 3 months to get - but it's here and I didn't have the same result with X-brand after 125 days and no delivery. I got the bike just a little after expected and it was assembled for me.

Website is easy to use. My first bike the Freedom was in stock, and delivered in 4 days. I use the bike to commute to work. I'm elated at its fit function and performance! So much so that I pre-ordered the Warrior, which I'm awaiting a shipping notification.

Hated the extra wait for shipment. Not Wired’s fault but hated it anyway.

Poorly communicated and late. Customer service did was extremely short in their answers. Gave a second star because it did arrive unharmed eventually.
