Today, I finally was able to open the box of a new Wired Cruiser I received a couple weeks ago. To summarize the experience of opening the box and assembling the bike, it went off without a hitch. Absolutely Amazing bike!! I was having some issues (input the wrong codes during setup) and the owner called me on a sunday night!! ON SAINT PATTY’S DAY! The bike goes on flat ground about 35 mph with my weight of 210 lbs plus 30 lbs of cargo. Uphill at a 45-50% grade it ranges from 14-26 mph. Never gives up. I love the help I have received after purchase. Quick response in text. Some small gripes. One this thing is huge. And it's hard to imagine how big it is. What a bike!!! We got a rare warm weather day in the Midwest! I took my new blue freedom out for a spin and it was amazing. The speed and Power are unmatched. Much faster and peppier than my other E bike which has a 750 W motor but only a 20amp controller. The blue is beautiful and the screen is spectacular. After months of research I pulled the trigger on the Wired Freedom Titian. The bike arrived exactly when promised and it was very well packaged. Due to my eyesight I accidentally snipped the dual controller wire mistaking it for the zip ties on the fork!!! Brand new and I broke it in the unboxing stage!! After a few emails the owner of the company boxed and sent me a whole wiring harness and told me how to pull it through the frame!!
