I ride the Wired freedom back and forth from work. It has a comforting smooth sailing kinda vibe like you are flying in the wind. The riding experience is a blast! My Wired Ebike is more fun than I imagined. I have tested the limits of the bike on some pretty rough rocky trails and it's held together well! I weigh 250 pounds and the bike has no problem getting me around. The customer service is top notch! Any question or issue I have they are more than helpful to help me resolve them. The bike goes on flat ground about 35 mph with my weight of 210 lbs plus 30 lbs of cargo. Uphill at a 45-50% grade it ranges from 14-26 mph. Never gives up. Bike arrived in great condition, well packaged. Only issue I have is that on the front battery, the screw holding the plastic plate the battery was missing on arrival. Which caused a bit of rattling till could get plastic battery settled in pla. Still need the screw/hex. Also had to add brake fluid to front brake, it was pretty soft to the pull initially. Otherwise love the Cruiser, I have put about 75 miles on it in a week.
