I ordered the bike on Thursday and received it on Tuesday the next week. Any questions I had tech support answered quickly and correctly!

Didn't quite understand the ratings on bikes before I purchased it. It was helpful to me to watch YouTube reviews but I think your sales department should be the best source. Also I know the market is competitive but I'd be will to pay more for a USA built bike.

Customer reps answered my questions promptly when I asked. Bike arrived undamaged

The website had a lot of information about all the e-bikes available. I was able to make a decision and was easy to order the e-bike.

The web site said "pre-order, June delivery" made it sound like the bike was not in stock. It arrived within a week of placing an order in mid-June. Happy about that but I almost didn't order since it seemed like it would be delayed. But I got it in time for a trip we had scheduled. I feel like my expectations were exceeded but I wonder how many people are not placing an order if they feel like the bike isn't available/not in stock/delayed/back-ordered/won't arrive in time for a scheduled trip?

I certainly dont want any friends or family to have to repeat this poor experience - plenty of other nice bikes out there

Lots of updates and was an easy process.

Tariffs slowed the shipping. Even the accessories were delayed. 3 months since I placed the order still waiting on one accessory. Wired has responded at each inquiry which is very good on them. Just kind of bad timing.

No place to test it, or see it. Was a total leap of faith to purchase. All i had was the website, and it was very minimal.

The shopping experience was great. I was sleeping on this bike for a while and finally decided to buy one over other e bikes

I would have liked to see and ride the bike before purchasing. Unfortunately living on the west coast makes that difficult.

I wish it was a faster delivery. I waited three months for my bike to arrive. But I enjoy the bike and I’m happy that I have it.

My only communication with customer service was to change my delivery address which I did via email and the response was very fast and my address changed. Perfect 👌

Looking forward to check their website form time to time to see what else they can come up with. Also can't wait to see what other kind of accessories they come out with.

No issues with anything, delivery was fast, customer service was responsive

I called Wired prior to purchasing the bicycle and afterwards and each time I spoke with a representative, and was updated on the shipping progress too.

Shopping for our bikes was quick and painless. Quality and functionality were key and made our decision quite easy.

The process of ordering took minutes. Straight forward and easy. Ordered it a day after it hit the web page. Wired was honest and accurate about how long it would take for the Cruiser to arrive. Steve kept us customers informed about a realistic delivery timeline. I was on the fence about perhaps ordering a Scout. Emailed Steve and he was entirely honest about the fact that in my case the additional weight might be a consideration. Very happy with the entire process.
