Very easy to find what I wanted put it in a cart and get what I wanted shipped directly to me

Good

This was my first preorder of anything. I feel like the company should invest more time in communication. Especially when there are delays. It was very frustrating and I almost cancelled my order multiple times.

My bike came perfectly packaged. The only gripe I had was the wait time but that was out of their control due to tariffs but in the end I got my bike and it has proven to be worth the wait. HIGH FIVE WIRED!

Delivered as promised, just need to be a little patient.

I inherently love Wired because I was so excited about this bike, but I would have appreciated a bit more friendly communication especially regarding the accessories that I ordered with the bike. It wasn't awful but I could have used updates on the deliveries/backorders so I could manage what I wanted to wait for versus what I wanted to just cancel and get immediately somewhere else.

I had cut the front brake line while removing all of the packing material from the bike. Wired sent me a replacement front brake setup, immediately, for free!

Not as happy with the delivery date as I am with the performance of the bike. I paid for it and ordered it in April 20 25 and received it in July 2025.

Had to wait almost 5 months before I got the bike was told approximately 3 months.

Bike showed up when you said it would FedEx delayed the delivery box was ruff I wouldn't have accepted it if they knocked on the door they just dropped it in my garage front brake rotor was bent bad I emailed you and you immediately mailed me a replacement I will buy another bike from Wired in the future

It takes a little while to get it delivered. The box was really tore up but the bike managed the be undamaged.

I knew I had to wait for my e-bike to arrive as it was a pre-order. Wired kept me informed along the way. Originally I was told it would be mid-August when I would receive my e-bike but it actually came late July. I'm a happy camper.

Came quickly

I ordered the bike and mirrors the same day. (July 8th) its now August 1st and I'm still waiting for the mirrors

Damage to box. Appears bike is ok. A shipper issue, not a Wired issue.

Website was straightforward and easy to navigate. The two emails I sent with questions were answered quickly. The projected ship date was spot on.

Great customer service

I have been studying E bikes for 4 years and looked over many brands. I was able to resist purchasing any of them for one reason or another. Then I came across Wired' and after reading all the reviews I could no longer resist. I whipped out my credit card faster than a cowboy draws his gun and bought a Cruiser. It took several months for it to arrive but quality work takes time. Anticipation has made me wait but this has got to be one of the best things I could have ever bought for myself.

Everything was good. When we chatted with one of members they was quick to get back with us and answer questions.

Bike came in good condition, however as I stated in the previous question. Order is not complete and it has been approximately 3 months.

1st bike we ordered had excellent communication, but on this order never even got a notice that it had been shipped, although did we receive notification of the accessories we ordered being shipped after we received the bike.

Ordering was easy. Would have liked more information after ordering like when it shipped. I had no contact then it just showed up one day. Not good customer support.

Phenomenal customer service, my shopping experience was fantastic!

I knew it was going to be long time before I got my bike and was understanding of that. What I didn't like was that my bike was supposed to have been delivered in June and on June 30th I got the tracking # emailed to me and consequently received my bike in early July. Along with that an email before this came out on 6/25 saying if you are expecting a Predator in June and your bike tracking # comes to you in July you'll get an extra year's warranty. Come on guys throw me a bone here lol!

Customer service did what they could but 7 weeks is a long way out to be waiting for a bike.

Still waiting for mirrors.you have had my money all this time.i should receive mirrors and a refund

Aside from having to wait, everything was cool. I also might add I don't feel it was Wired's fault, what with the tariffs and all overall it was good.

The freedom bike is definitely worth the price compared to other competitors out there.

Delivery took way to long, could have been because of the tariff wars at the time.
