Frustrating to say the least. Still waiting for the rest of my order to arrive. Estimated delivery date was 10/23 when I placed the order. It’s 11/18 and I’m still waiting for my final shelf. I do custom carpentry for a living and install 100’s of floating shelves each year. I was hoping to outsource production but will have to rethink that after this experience. Make me look bad when I give my clients an install window and can’t meet it because I can’t get the product on time.

The site made it fairly easy to choose and order the shelves and brackets we wanted. My only small complaint is that all three bracket choices were not clearly pictured and named so that I had to reach out to customer service for clarification to assure that I was ordering what I actually intended to order.
