Loved the look but mantel arrived severely damaged. The customer service is the real rock star their response was quick and you could tell they care. I was provided a return label and told I will be receiving new mantel, I just hope company took me seriously when I asked them to bubble wrap it this time. Not sure if I would try reordering for the third time if it arrives damaged again. Our post office employees are really harsh on the packages.

This table is absolutely gorgeous!!! The wood grain and color is so much prettier in person. It fits our space perfectly and brings such a nice warm cozy feel to the room. Communication has been excellent as well. I highly recommend Urbandi!

The mantle came out nice and was about the color we expected. As others have mentioned, if you look up close you can tell it’s not solid/ multiple pine pieces from the corners, but for the price it looks great. If I wanted a solid piece of wood that bad, I’d have spent the $1,200. I also have a 32lb center channel sitting (half) on it, and it’s constructed well enough that I’m not worried about the weight.

It was easy to order and arrived in a timely manner. It arrived without any damage, it did seem to be packaged well. My son and daughter in law put it up for me. I didn't want to chance a broken tile so needed a thin shelf. I would have preferred it in black but it was not an option. I'm happy with my choice and would recommend this company.

10/10 Experience! Rustic Shelf was exactly as described and pictured. Very sturdy and solid wood with heavy brackets. Installation took about 10 minutes total with anchors and screws also included.

Just what I had hoped for and pictured! Definitely has a scent, which I like, from the stain. Brings it's own wine cellar scent! Sadly will fade quickly I'm sure. If you can't engage 1 stud it may fall just a hair short of flat but still secure . One stud somewhere would be ideal. There are cheaper products but wanted the wood action and that's more work and quality material and they're going to be there for a long time.

I ordered the unfinished white oak and used a clear poly to seal it myself. My finished product was lighter than the finished white oak sold here which was my goal. The shelf is beautiful - it did require some slight filler for a couple of narrow cracks and it does wobble a bit when first put on the hardware- even with tape around the hardware posts. The wobbling decreases as the shelf settles and it’s worked very well in my space. I’d purchase again

This is a beautiful shelf! It is exactly what I was looking for to display an heirloom sailing boat. The Jacobean stain is beautiful and compliments my other furniture nicely. It arrived on time and was packaged well. My only criticism is that my husband had to drill extra holes in order to hang it as their were no holes on top to secure it to the support. Other than that, I highly recommend it!

The shelves are beautiful and fit my spot perfectly. I was hoping the steel rods would be slightly longer to add stability. The shelves are stable but can be pushed down quite easily. I don’t intend on having lots of weight on them so I think it will be okay. Otherwise they are gorgeous and we love them!

Easy to install and looks great. It took about 30 minutes to install, but half of that was the learning curve, so a second one would have taken no more that 15 minutes after you decide the location. My only suggestion for improvement is to do better on the distressing. My shelf has only 2 very rough gouges on the top and bottom and a couple tiny dents on the end.
