Loved the look but mantel arrived severely damaged. The customer service is the real rock star their response was quick and you could tell they care. I was provided a return label and told I will be receiving new mantel, I just hope company took me seriously when I asked them to bubble wrap it this time. Not sure if I would try reordering for the third time if it arrives damaged again. Our post office employees are really harsh on the packages.

Bought the shorter one for the lower mantel originally…it just didn’t look right so I moved it to the higher location and bought the longer one! Perfect, the website was super easy to use, price was right, shipping was fast! Installation was a bit challenging (stone) but it worked out perfectly! Love them!

I like that the mounting brackets had multiple screw holes. I was able to easily secure to a stud and display my liquor bottles without fear of the shelves collapsing.

Great quality as this was my first time purchasing from you Urbandi! White Oak finished was closest match to our vanity from samples we ordered yet seemed lighter once we got our floating shelves. Looks great, overall pleased! Note to clients wood grains vary naturally. We put one that was off on bottom.

It was easy to order and arrived in a timely manner. It arrived without any damage, it did seem to be packaged well. My son and daughter in law put it up for me. I didn't want to chance a broken tile so needed a thin shelf. I would have preferred it in black but it was not an option. I'm happy with my choice and would recommend this company.

Beautiful shelves- super substantial and easy to install. They are exactly what I was hoping for. The hardest part was deciding on the size and finish! Ended up going with 60" x 6" x 8" unfinished White Oak mantel. I think we could have gone with the 8" high mantel, but my husband thought it would be too tall. Installation was a breeze.

So expensive I thought. So at first I made my own. Bad idea! Wood warped and a ton of work and also required special tools. These are first class and beautiful. Everything fit perfectly. I wish I bought them right away instead of playing around. BTW, the steel shafts are welded to the brackets, unlike others I looked at. Highly recommend if using in a higher-end location.

I love these 3” chunky shelves. I do wish the brackets were stronger to prevent the downward tip. The brackets were carefully and securely installed. They were level before placing display items. Then they dipped slightly. I went back and reinforced with a support screw. But they are a great looking shelf and really well made.

These are the most perfect shelves for my coffee center! Just the length, width, and color I wanted. The mantle came out nice and was about the color we expected. As others have mentioned, if you look up close you can tell it’s not solid/ multiple pine pieces from the corners, but for the price it looks great. If I wanted a solid piece of wood that bad, I’d have spent the $1,200. I also have a 32lb center channel sitting (half) on it, and it’s constructed well enough that I’m not worried about the weight.

Just what I had hoped for and pictured! Definitely has a scent, which I like, from the stain. Brings it's own wine cellar scent! Sadly will fade quickly I'm sure. If you can't engage 1 stud it may fall just a hair short of flat but still secure . One stud somewhere would be ideal. There are cheaper products but wanted the wood action and that's more work and quality material and they're going to be there for a long time.
