The initial purchase stated a fast turnaround from production, then there were delays. Customer service told me it was ready to ship in two days, and we waited another 6 before it even shipped out. Fed ex had the shipping number 4 days before they got the package. The delays are my only issue. The product is excellent

I received a msg a few weeks after order placement(!!) informing me they were behind due to their receiving lots of orders. I later followed up by phone bc I received emails from Urbandi informing and inviting me to their booth at the Cincinnati garden show (2 weekends in a row). I assumed they were making product for the show (and not for me). Since I STILL did not receive my shelves, I asked the woman if I could have the 20 percent discount being offered at the show - she told me “No”.
