At first I ordered a shelf with a darkest stain but then we changed our mind on the cabinet for the shoes and therefore had to change the stain of the shelf. I was afraid it was too late or customer service wouldn’t respond and we wouldn’t be able to return it later. To my pleasant surprise the customer service was very responsive and made this change very quickly and we received the stain color that we wanted. Thank you so much!
