We took out a corner cabinet and took our new backsplash up to the ceiling. I splurged on the Walnut shelves and I am so happy with the result. I’ll probably style them a little differently but was excited to add some decor to the kitchen as soon as we finished the install. We used one stud along with 7 TOGGLER Alligator AF8 Flanged Anchors on each shelf to install on ceramic tiles over 5/8” drywall. YouTube videos were very helpful to guide us through a smooth installation.

After a failed DIY and a lot of wasted time and energy, I finally decided to just go ahead and buy these shelves and it was worth every penny. The shelves are the PERFECT dimensions, they arrived in like 3 days (still mind-blown) and they were so easy to install. Easy to install and looks great. It took about 30 minutes to install, but half of that was the learning curve, so a second one would have taken no more that 15 minutes after you decide the location.
My only suggestion for improvement is to do better on the distressing. My shelf has only 2 very rough gouges on the top and bottom and a couple tiny dents on the end.

There is a small spot on one corner that looks a little damaged, which I believe happened during shipping. My box arrived damaged. The mantle is easy to mount and in my opinion, looks beautiful. The color is a little darker than I expected but stands out against the white shiplap. Overall, I would recommend to others and I don’t think you will be disappointed..

We ordered three of these for every geodome at our Glampground @glampingwild. They are so solid and heavy that I was concerned that the wall wouldn’t hold them, but the mounting system holds them firmly in place, and support the weight of the shelves but also all our plates, glasses and cups. They look really beautiful, and help make the small space more efficient. We will be ordering more as we expand!

These are 78" (!!) long floating maple shelves, and they. are. gorgeous! I was surprised, and maybe I should have known, to find that these are solid wood. I was expecting the shelves to be at least somewhat hollow. Nope. Each shelf is itself beautiful furniture, and I write this review to ask forgiveness for putting my volumes of books on these shelves so that so much of the beauty is covered over.

They are gorgeous. The wood itself looks great - zero complaints.
More importantly, the brackets are strong and fit tightly in the shelves, there’s nearly zero movement like you typically get with cheaper floating shelves.
Shipping time was a bit on the longer side compared to buying some piece of garbage from Amazon, but worth the wait. I’ve already placed a second order for a much larger shelf for another spot in our house.

Since the wall wasn't flat, installation created some challenges. Solution was to drill holes in mortar joints, insert epoxy coated 3/4" wood dowels for screw anchoring. Even our architect son gave his approval of your mantle. Looks great.

These shelves were well made and came with a handmade wooden bracket frame that we attached to wall using our own large anchor bolts into studs then inserted shelve onto. Not sure why the supprt bracket was made out of wood not metal as shown in pics but it worked out well. Very sturdy. The Urbandi floating shelves are great. I ordered two just to see how I like them and promptly ordered two more. They were easy to install and the quality is good.
We used a table saw to cut a groove in them to drop a led light bar in for task lighting. They do custom orders so maybe would have them do that if I had it to do over.

The shelves are well made and as soon as I opened the box I could smell the wood. Our shelves were 42"X10" so we really needed two people. You need to be careful to find studs and make the shelves level but once up they are so beautiful.

Getting the mounting height sorted out, the first time was a little bit challenging due to the unevenness of the mounting piece, that goes on the wall.
