Poor communication. Even though I ordered well before the cutoff, the gift was late. No one bothered to contact me and let me know this. I contacted two days before Christmas to see if there was any delivery/tracking information only to be told then that it most likely wouldn't arrive until after Christmas. It wasn't even shipped until after Christmas. Poor, poor, poor service.
