The company was extremely helpful in every way. There were a couple changes that I needed to make with the photos and they were very very willing to do the job. In the end I was totally satisfied with the product that I received. They are a young company and very willing to help in every way. I was very satisfied with my end result.

I love my photo! They did an amazing job, editing out his collar and harness. My order came quick and on time. The only thing I would say to do different is the package since I bought it without a frame instead of rolling it if it could come in one of those bubble mailers with cardboard that says fragile, do not bend. It did take some time to unravel. But regardless, absolutely love this product. His little pouty lip is captured perfectly.

I love West and Willow! I have ordered a total of three portraits, and I absolutely love them. When I ordered one for myself, I wasn’t entirely happy with my portrait; the support team worked with me back and forth to ensure i had a portrait i was happy with… my one complaint is that each time i ordered, i selected an “upgraded” frame but my portrait was delivered in a plain black frame.
