Due to an error in your system, my order wasn't processed for a whole month, and ended up arriving way past the birthday for which it was intended as a present. Had to buy a different birthday gift. Once it finally arrived, a month late, the cropping was off, with a ton of white space above the pet's head and his head barely being fit in the canvas (in spite of the provided photo being a totally normal, to-scale size). Looks like a sloppy, misfit AI slop. Team wasn't willing to provide a refund

I ordered a portrait and mug combination. When the issue with the mug was brought to light, the portrait remained unresolved. The items were ordered in March, but the portrait was not completed until April 16th. Customer service demonstrated poor communication, and logistical coordination was inadequate. I have followed up with customer service, yet they continue to send me the same tracking information for the mug, which has already been delivered.
