It took 25 days to receive my item coming from Morocco. And when I received it, it was the wrong item and unfortunately, not a suitable substitute. After waiting 3 business days for a response from customer service, I decided to read reviews and there were plenty of others that claim that no one will ever respond. It seems this company does not intend to provide real customer service. I wish I would have read the reviews before buying a $540 faucet I can't use.

The website says you can customize your order with different options like the size of the shower head and different face plates, but there is no where to add this when submitting the order, you have to try and reach someone after the order is placed, which took quite some time.
