I am very satisfied with the brassna faucet. It is stunning and has a great appearance in the kitchen. The only handicap did not get a timely response from my e mails for the confirmation of the delivery date. The company’s e mail has limited accessibility for customers in the US. Gorgeous faucet! It has a grandness and weight I wanted for my kitchen. I was a little nervous it would be too small- but I is perfect for my main sink. I originally wanted the classic faucet with cross handles but I am so happy I choose something a little different. Sleeker and just as visually impactful.

This is literally the coolest bathroom faucet I've ever seen. The design is subtle and the construction is solid. We're installing all Brassna plumbing fixtures in a house we're renovating and the craftsmanship has been superb on all the fixtures. These products are just like the ones from "the good old days". I ordered 2 unlaquered brass faucets for my kitchen. I had a few questions during the ordering process and they were answered quickly and efficiently by Farah. They were packaged nicely and look gorgeous and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I have not had my faucets installed yet, still waiting for cabinet and countertop installation but I had my plumber come and take a look and he said everything looks good to go. I will post pics after installation . I can’t wait!! ❤️

The shower (traditional dual control exposed valve) is so beautiful. We have not installed yet (part of a larger renovation) but we are impressed with the quality and overall beauty of the fixture. It arrived quickly (approx 1 week after order) and was extremely well packaged for shipping (in a wood crate). It is obvious a lot of care went into the fabrication of the shower and its handling. We purchased a faucet from this Vendor 1/10/2025 and still have not received our product. We have contacted this company many ways including email and instagram. We were told on 1/24/2025 that we would receive the product in 3-5 business days. FedEx says they did not provide the correct paperwork for the shipment. We cannot get answers from them and have requested a refund.
