Honestly my problem was that a representative name Neil from the pre-sale dept reached out after I abandoned my cart to give me a discount price that he made a commission but couldn’t respond my questions. Thankfully Steven in the Monport group was tremendous help. Monport my suggestion would be to recommend what equipment is required together for example: laser, 5200w chiller and coolant. The freight company was shitty -box came broken in a certain place and there’s a dent in my laser.

Had not contact with anyone just saw the laser on line ordered it, after doing some research. Will say it took me quite a while to figure out the differences between Machines. The specs comparisons are there just understanding some o them. Which is on me. Set up instructions are pretty much use less just have to figure it out yourself.
