Works so much better than the regular pump that comes with the Reno 45 Pro! I wasn’t sure if the CW-3000 chiller was compatible with the Reno 45 Pro at first so I reached out to monport support and was given the green light. Upon receiving the item was packaged well with good instructions to get it up and running. No complaints on my end. Overall a very great improvement to the standard pump and well worth the cost. The Reno 45 Pro is a very capable desktop laser! It packs quite a punch in a small package. This would be a perfect first co2 machine for a beginner or even for someone with experience and limited space.

Read a lot of bad reviews about support and product. We went with machine based on price and size. So far machine is working great. Minor alignments of the mirror and cleaning of the lens. The gantry was askew and want cutting circles out where the ends would meet, so we had to align it. Very responsive! I was trying to align the mirrors but Loosened one of the mirrors too much. The support team responded with a written instruction and easy to understand video. I love the machine (100 watt CO2, 28x20)! A great value and it’s a heavy duty well made machine!!!

The set up wasn't as challenging as anticipated. Pre settings were good. Very well packaging and the machine delivered to my garage. My experience with the purchase of my fiber marker was good, online works. It just takes a little time. I think people need to have a little more patience, but they came through for me. After I received my fiber, I see that Monport released a new special that offer a free enclosure instead of the rotary I reached out to them and they said they couldn’t swap that but the enclosure seems to be vital for safety.

Great machine! It took a little bit to get the laser aligned with the first mirror. We ended up needing to move the mirror lower which was a simple enough job. I measured the dimensions of the hole on the mirror housing and 3D printed a small "bullseye" that fit just snug to help with alignment. Excellent Machine! Powerful, fast and sturdy. Don't forget to update the settings for the offsets. That made a huge difference. Produces very accurate and beautiful results. You might need a magnifying glass to see how small of a detail it can achieve with high accuracy. Also, monport has been very good at providing answers and advice.

This machine is great! And the Monport Customer service is the best. They have been able to help me through the whole purchase process for getting additional specs and have been great at helping me trouble shoot. All of the problems I ran into have been user error and the staff has been great about replying to emails quickly with helpful info. The laser comes with a very helpful user guide for setting everything up and it cuts materials like a hot knife through butter.

Worked right out of the box and means business! Started with a k40 and decided it was time to get serious. Built in water chiller does need some soundproofing added but that's easily fixed with foam or rubber on the edge.
