Customer service is non responsive and came with lil to no instructions as well as the online instructions for this machine says doesn't exist. Won't buy from this company again. Not only that at the time of buying the machine it said doesn't come with a conveyor but as soon as I bought it now they list it as a option but can't reach the company to even buy the conveyor or get help hooking to machine to Lightburn. I run a crafting company and I am very unhappy with my purchase..................;
