I ordered my shirt on August 13th thinking I would get it in plenty of time for the 25th anniversary of 9/11 since delivery is usually 3-5 business days instead I had to reach out on September 11th asking where my shirt was, with no response it was shipped out on September 14th and arrived on September 18th a whole week late of the 25th anniversary with no explanation and still being charged the full shipping amount even though it took over a month and not the normal 3-5 business days.
